WebCCMEP’s success is based on the customer’s active participation in the program, as well as regular, meaningful engagement by case managers. Individuals participating in CCMEP are required to commit to participating in activities outlined in their individual opportunity plan for a minimum of 20 hours per week. WebCCMEP is Funded by the Hamilton County Department of Job and Family Services. This year-round case management and employment program supports youth moving out of poverty through education, training, and employment. Established throughout the state of Ohio in July 2016, CCMEP’s goal is to build Ohio’s future workforce.
