WebI recently had my physical where I got a comprehensive metabolic panel done. Everything came back normal except my ALT was 133 and AST was 60, above the normal range. I’m a 23 year old female, I drink socially about twice a month, if that. My mother has a fatty liver and high LFTs but not nearly as high as mine, still in the normal range.
