WebSearch up calibrate in the search bar. This is most likely a touch issue, which is extremely common among Surface devices (all 3 of my faulty replacement devices had this exact issue). Right click or press and hold the "Intel (R) Precise Touch Device" to bring up the menu where you can select disable/enable. Select disable and then go back and select enable.
