WebApr 2, 2024 · Bought a lightly 68 Custom Princeton. The seller had ordered the Eminence Alessandro GA10-SC64 speaker. So he sold that along with the amp. It is in a box next to the amp. I can see why he got it - it's said to tighten the bottom and add some chime to a fairly dark amp. That is the ad copy anyway. WebThe speaker is upgraded to an Alessandro GA-SC64 12” Speaker. The standard Emi Legend seems to have it a bit to my ears also. It's the closest I've heard to the real Jensen that came in the vintage amps of the day. I would also keep a 10" in the Princeton. I've tried a 12" before but it was to "boxy" sounding for me if that makes any sense.
